We locate qualified buyers for owners of small businesses.
We view the business brokerage process as a marketing task; that is, the selling of a business requires very much the same skills as those required to market a specialized high valued product. The steps are generally as follows:

1. Evaluate the business’ strengths and weaknesses and determine a buyer profile that best describes the qualifications the new owner will need.

2. Work with the owner to develop a marketing strategy specific to the business. This often includes a third party valuation.

3. Develop a confidential marketing prospectus on the business.

4. Find qualified buyers for the business.

5. Negotiate an agreement with a buyer and successfully close the deal.
